How much is it to file in Georgia? In Texas it is $300. $450 if you go through LegalZoom.

Looks like it's $100 to file the Articles of Organization. If (when) I create an organization agreement between myself and my LLC, I'll incur some cost for attorney help. Organization agreement isn't required though.

Remember you don't need to file in your home state. Lots of companies choose Delaware and Nevada for this.
