Measure IOPS in Hyper-V 2012

I have an ERP system built on top of Hyper-V 2012 and am being asked to be able to find the IOPS of the underlying storage from Hyper-V. Is there a PS command or module that I don't have? I have searched some and am finding
Measure-VMbut am not sure if that is what I am needing. -
Have you looked at DPACK (Dell Performance Analysis Collection Kit)?

The max IOPS? or the typical usage IOPS?
A Zabbix server can show this if you put the agent on the Hyper-V server.

Zabbix would work for you then.

Veeam's free monitor is decent.
The built-in stuff works great too. (perfmon)
