Wifi Cellular Reliability Inflection Point

This is not the case at home, but has definitely been my experience when roaming around town.. it used to be worth connecting to something like StarBucks WiFi, but now - StarBucks is nearly useless, and Cellular data is way better.

Depends really. I travel enough regionally to have learned where it is better to hit WiFi and where it is better to tether to my mobile.
