          Back from the "new" store.
          Fail! (not on my part)........ No power in the room with the cabinet. Phone sockets in the cabinet aren't hooked up to the DSL so no sync on the routers.

                Just had a great meeting that yielded lots of useful information about how call routing and IVR should function in what will be our new VoIP system. 😄

                        The CIO thing was solved by him updating the firmware on his router, as the application of Outlook was functioning fine. It looked like the issue was more related to traffic flow on his home network.
