Poor building design is the issue here.
They've used cables to try and stop cars from going off the end. Clearly the issue is with the engineering firm.

I had to check, but it's only nearby. Seems to be a problem down there, though.

I've got family there. The food is amazing and we listened to a decent band at a dive bar close to their house.
