I am looking for router which can load up to 100 Users (IP Phone) with 50 to 60 concurrent calls.

Networking gear is never selected based on the number of users. Networking gear has bandwidth limits, processing overhead, ACL lengths, packets per second and so forth, but it does not care about users, number of IP addresses or so forth.

How do I know that 100 users using how many packet per second?

Only be measuring it, there is no such thing as packets per user. Same as there is no bandwidth per user. One user might use zero, the next as many as you can give them.

I am confusing that the Edgerouter ERLite-3 has price $49 with 1 mil packet per second which is same price with Cisco Linksys E2500 with the packet per second (Not sure). The Cisco one which I am using it is unable to deliver the outbound call. Most of the calls are drop, busy and no voice or breaking voice.

ERLite is normally $95, not $49. Linksys is not even good gear for home, let alone for a business. It has no place in any environment.

Cisco doesn't realistically make anything to compete with Ubiquiti. This is Ubiquiti's claim to fame. Cisco Linksys is totally garbage and should not exist, as an IT pro, you should remove it from your memory and simply treat it as a toy that non-technical people are sold be bad stores taking advantage of them, there is no situation where you will ever purchase, recommend or deal with one - not at home, not at work.

Cisco Meraki is far inferior to Ubiquiti at an insane price. The best Meraki isn't up to the entry point Ubiquiti. Meraki was good gear until Cisco bought it, raised the prices and didn't keep up with the market. Today, it should never come up as a choice because Ubiquiti ubiquitously beats it.

Cisco proper you have to spend more than $3,000 to get a device that is on par with the ERLite and you need to spend closer to $10,000 to compete with the higher end Ubiquiti. Cisco gear is mediocre at best and should not be in the realm of discussion until you are in the enterprise and looking at very unique gear and with devices well over the $10K mark as a starting point.

Why are you confused by the prices? Price does not determine quality, especially with companies like Cisco who charge you for their brand name with no connection to the cost of the product that they are selling.

Ubiquiti is the best on the market for the space that they are in. Cisco is possibly the worst or near to it, in most cases. Price has no basis in quality.

Lots of experience with that series around here as well, so no shortage of people to turn to for help.

It's a shame that we don't have many suppliers in the UK that are selling the Edge Router.

How many suppliers do you need?

@JackCPickup - Well Ebuyer and Misco doesn't supply them and they are probably one of our biggest IT suppliers.

Meh, sometimes. If you have a credit card. The point of working in distribution channels is that you do not use a credit card.

@Jimmy_K I am curious as to what the application for voice is. Is it a call center? 60% end point utilization is very high for normal office use.

The E2500 series Linksys uses a weak broadcomm CPU and has 64mb of RAM

Whereas the ERLite uses a beefy Cavium MIPS CPU and has 512MB of RAM
