we never did. Got the warnings it was coming last night but nada. But it did drop temp fast yesterday and today it's 55 here (brrr)

You cant go from 11.4 to 13.x, at least according to opensuse, or i would.
11.4 is from 2011. -

Yup, and that is not the direction that I am wanting to go as I am wanting to learn Red Hat/CentOS.
My Salt guide uses Fedora.

- What distro of Linux is corporate America running on? Red Hat, Fedora, SuSe?
- What should I be learning to put myself into a Linux System Administrator position?
I used Fedora in my last guide also.
