It's the default as of Fedora 25.

It's kind of boring as technologies go, it's basically a more modern X11 replacement. Which is exciting as we need to replace old X11, but it doesn't "do" anything that you'd notice.
No more X11 forwarding. AFAIK It doesn't support network transparency yet

I'll have to agree with this. I've been to the worst ghettos and areas imaginable, when I was working as a security systems tech. Philly, Camden NJ, Columbus OH, DC (and area), and other cities on the east coast. I still got in and got the job done.
