Secretary/no coffee issue - First world problem

AARUGH my annual review (see many previous links on the waste of these) is right when the AMA is. Ugh maybe I can get my boss to join.
Be glad it occurs at all. My 4 month review at my last company took place at the year and a half mark.
I've been here 2 years and I'm still waiting on year-1 review. 3% cost of living is automatic. However, I went in with research as to what I should be paid ($20k more), asked for a raise, and I got $6k.

@StrongBad Good, at least my boss agrees these are more of an HR thing but she does keep a running I guess "log" if you will of items throughout the year and it's actually a bit more informative that the "standard" review.

Consolidating file servers to a new 2016 file server, with quotas and correct permissions and everything. Starting off fresh. Just have to copy everybody's junk over.
