      Tecmint talks about the rdiff backup and restore utility for Linux. Built on the rsync protocol and application, rdiff does incremental backups of a folder for flexible, simple backup and restore operations on UNIX systems. Lots of backup stuff today.

        That's pretty awesome, might be a new replacement to rsync.

          It's not a replacement, it's a layer on top of rsync.
