Got a 1.8lb bone-in ribeye cooking in the sous vide (target temp 114F), it will get quick seared over charcoal to a perfect mid-rare. Later there will be roasted fingerling potatoes and garlic blanched green beans. Happy Easter!!! (or Happy Sunday Funday!!! if you don't celebrate Easter).

Wow is this an awesome example of why college is not working as people like to claim that it is. This guy graduated from college and doesn't even know enough about his degree material to know what a real graduate degree program in his field of study would entail AND doesn't even know what his intended career IS let alone enough to be useful. He literally doesn't have the knowledge you'd expect from an intern from high school who is casually interested in the subject!

- Already graduated but doesn't know what cloud computing is.
- Wants a grad degree in something he doesn't know what it is.
- Thinks his grad work is a trade skills.
- Thinks that HR boilerplate in public job listings are how you figure out what a new technology topic is about.
These are all very, very serious gaps in knowledge for someone who has graduated high school, let alone college!

Morning everyone, first full week at the new job, making some plans on things to document and understand the process as it is in place.

Yeah, they're a bit different. I usually have to Leeroy Jenkins in a TD. On the maps where you have to cap the neutral base, 95% of the players are more interested in going after the other players. If you rush the cap with 3 tanks, you can win before they know what's going on.
