The malware from the Vault 7 release on Wikileaks has been identified in the wild. Companies and countries are starting to identify the malicious attacks from the US government on their systems. How businesses and governments will react to this exposure will prove interesting. Are government attacks on each other to become "business as usual" and it is just a game of hardening and attacking, or will governments treat this as unacceptable and a direct attack? How will businesses respond?

Someone in the CIA is busy explaining to some congressional sponsors how their "no one will ever know it was us" isn't going as planned.
