Seen all of the movies. Didn't read the books. It was entertaining but not something that would pull me.

She's very academic and basically never watched movies/tv shows the entire time she went through college and graduated with her masters. I'm slowly catching her up. Has not read the books FYI. She's not a huge fiction fan if it's outlandish.

Surprisingly I did read all the Harry Potter books.. took at least a year of my wife nagging to get me to start. The same with the Hunger games ( I finished the first book as I was walking into the theater - OK really i was sitting outside waiting for our theater to open up).

We tried watching Scott Pilgrim vs. The World but it wasn't watchable and we both decided to turn it off.

FInished Person of Interest this weekend. Hadnt ever watched it while it was on tv.

Yeah, Greek was passable, so much better than Pilgrim. Not a good movie, but a totally different ballpark.

I got to see Journey to the West recently... Hilarious, campy, and strange. It's made by the folks that did Kung Fu Hustle. Highly recommended.

Yeah, although after Forgetting Sarah Marshall I liked him a bit more. Greek was weak, though.

Dominica has decided that it is time to watch How I Met Your Mother again. I'm not sure that I'm ready for another run through of it yet, though.
