@wirestyle22 /me tunnels out via a port 80 proxy, aren't you glad your users aren't so quick with picking up how to use tech?

Riding the bus back to Palermo. Spent the day in the little mountain village that @dominica's family is from.

Sitting at my desk, contemplating storage options/planning (among other work-related things), snacking on walnuts and pitted dates.

What does TP normally cost in the US? I never look at the price. But I just bought a ten pack of it here in Italy and it was $1.30.

                      That seems insanely cheap.

$8-$11 here. That is very cheap.

The rolls are not jumbo, but it is the super soft extra quilted stuff. I can't only be so specific when requesting it here, I have some Italian but certainly not "differentiate between toilet paper types" level of Italian, so they only sell me the most expensive stuff at the tabacchi.

Toiler paper is purely an unnecessary thing here. They give you a hose to clean things off with quite a lot of pressure. You just dry with the TP.
