whois says the domain was registered 2014-03-01 Seems like that should be the official birth date.
I would say at any time prior to that the site was just in labor.
It was registered on the call while names were being discussed as it was the only way to be sure it was available before the meeting was over.
Sounds like an official birthday value to me then.
