For lunch today I am having a traditional St. Louis food: Pork Steak. This one was slowed cooked on the grill and I choose no sauce for this one. Those are hard to find in GA, but they are delicious. I like to do them slow on a smoker, minimal seasoning.

I was super disappointed to discover that currywurst is just a regular sausage w/ curry ketchup (at least in UK). I had visions of delicious, curry-seasoned sausages with no ketchup in sight.
