According to this the outage affects Citrix - https://community.spiceworks.com/topic/1969731-aws-s3-outage-shuts-down-quora-slack-trello-and-more.
I put in a ticket with ShareFile support, and they confirmed they are affected by the outage and have a site up to let people know the current status (status.sharefile.com) of their service.

I was trying to work with Site5 today (they are a webhosting/email hosting company) and my file compression that I have been working on since Friday night crashed, grrrrrrr........

Have Amazon said what caused this yet? 'Tech spilled coffee on core equipment...', 'Powercut and generator failure at the same time'... any info at all?
