Chat Fixed

The chat feature which has been down for a few days is now working again. The ML community was the first to identify the break and the NodeBB team jumped on it and discovered that the latest code release required a newer version of the underlying database. So we had to do a manual update to the very latest MongoDB and it appears that everything is working well now.
It seems that we are faster and hopefully more stable too.

Finally, you don't realize how much you use it until it is broken. I've been using it the last few minutes and it seems to be working.
