Unable to login using domain username and local username

I unable to login windows server 2012r2 OS. I attached error shows attachment.

You need to reset the local password using whatever method you prefer, and then remove the machine from the domain and re-add it.

Hence resetting the local password - using a password reset disk//Trinity Rescue Kit//Heirens or any other Live USB/CD environment.

If it's a domain machine you can add a local user via powershell on another machine.

From the looks of it it's a VM - so can mount an ISO as a CD and boot from that easily enough I was thinking?
