We are on the current osTicket 1.10 and on the SCP Users tab, the "Add User", "Import" and "More" buttons literally do... nothing. I am sure that they used to, but now not so much. Running on CentOS 7, fully up to date. Everything appears correct, just those buttons don't work.

Can't find anything in the logs. Anyone seen this or have an idea of where to start looking?

FWIW, they appear to be functioning properly on my end. What browser have you tested?

Firefox and Chrome here. But I'm not the one that found the issue, just the one looking into it. So several others have been tested.

Any errors showing in the Firebug console when testing under FF?

Was a solution ever found for this? I've recently encountered an issue where I can't login as an agent using FF, but it works fine from Chrome. 🤔
