The official Atlanta "it might snow later" panic has begun. I'm gonna do my daily checks and reports, then I'm getting the frig out of here. I'll check in later if I survive going to the grocery store.
Every time this happens here every old person goes for the bread eggs and milk. Sometimes they don't even normally buy this stuff. It's insanity.
Sadly, I need to go to the store either way. But I just need a few things to make a pot of chili.
That was us about two days ago. They called off school yesterday and not a flake was floating yet... Today there actually IS snow, so no school today either.

@scottalanmiller its a whole 2 degrees here in Omaha, not including windchill.. good luck with the snow, heard Arizona cancelled everything just this morning..

Canada in winter is boring. We all huddle together to share body warmth and I suspect this is why we are so prone to communism.

I had mine removed at 30 - full out knockout gas when it happened.

@Dashrender I had my right wisdom removed while awake, was only provided Novocaine.

Eh you'd be out of work for 1 day at most, the wife drives you home. The drugs wear off pretty quickly. So pain killers and anti-infection meds for two weeks.

book it for the morning
day before go shopping for delicious milkshake ingredients
plan for one whole day of useless misery off work
day 2 just hurts a bit and milkshakes are delicious
day 3-7 hurts less and milkshakes give way to super tender steak and spuds -

yeah, friends suggested the knock out method.. so I took it. I recall sitting down in the chair, then I recall being pushed through a door in a wheel chair( no idea how I got in the chair), got into my car (passenger side), woke up at home.. walked in house, found the couch and woke up 8 hours later.
