I got my first experience with Scale at a SpiceCorps of NE Ohio meetup. @scale picked up dinner for all of us, which came in a long 2nd to the demos done by the engineer that came out. Seriously, sending an engineer instead of a sales guppy was brilliant. Haven't purchased a new server in years, but I recommend @scale all the time.

      That was probably me 🙂

I'd say you should come back around, but the local spicecorp leaders kinda fell off the face of the earth here.

A tech group failing in rural eastern Ohio? How is that possible?

lol, this one was based out of Cleveland.... I actually met another guy that I grew up with going to the Spicecorps, turned out he lives a couple miles away from where I work. We actually had like 5 people that work in Amish Country going to those spicecorps meetups.

I presented at two Cleveland SC meetings, it's been a bit ago.

It's amazing how far people actually travel for the good groups. In NYC and DFW, the healthy groups were bringing in people two hours away routinely.

My name is Blake Rodier, I am the Tier 1 Support Manager at Scale Computing. I have been with Scale Computing for almost 4 years now. I had previously been a member of the support teaming moving up to a Tier 3 Support Engineer before transitioning to management on the team. My name is Morgan Balas and I am the Technical Writer at Scale Computing. I have been with Scale for almost 5 years now. I was previously a ScaleCare Support member, moving from Tier I to Installation Manager and Senior Tier II Support Engineer before transitioning to Technical Writer. I still work closely with the Support Team on a daily basis and you'll even catch me handling cases and calls from time to time to keep up on product changes and customer concerns. It's all in the best interest of making applicable documentation that makes customers' lives easier!

Definitely give us a shout if you ever have any questions or concerns (or even recommendations and feature requests!). We love to hear from customers and, as @blakerodier said, ensure they have a #BestEver support experience!
