Yes, I am using that plugin, and all optimizations.
I was very happy with A2 except for their pricing. Maybe I'll try to negotiate with them a bit.
Also, they keep writing to me in Italian! Are they from Italy?

Not sure, but I agree that their support isn't the best. The tier 1 guys seem basically useless at handling minimal tasks. However I have opened a couple higher level tickets and they were taken care of right away.

I have found A2 to be just as fast as ManageEngine. I haven't tested ASO though.
