Ultimate Garbage Plate?

I was literally talking to Dominica yesterday about frying garbage plates!

Normally I'm all for deep fried anything but... oh my....

Well I know lots of people who have had them and they say they are very good. I will have one and take pics next Wednesday night (The Fallen is playing there next Wednesday)

This is 'Merica, if it fits, it has been deep fried.

If it doesn't fit, make a bigger fryer.
