Interesting, but not surprising. I feel that the GoTo products don't do Citrix any favours. I totally understand the marriage of the technologies, but not the ideologies. GoToWhatever always seems to make Citrix look bad or tie it down in ways that were not beneficial to the rest of Citrix.

I understand the need from a business perspective in spinning them off, but the renaming doesn't make any sense. So much branding has been put into the GoTo line, and I don't know that much of it was all that bad. And the name GetGo? It sounds like it was named by someone whose first language isn't English. Right now, I hear people saying things like, "I'll send you a gotomeeting invite". "I'll send you a GetGo invite" doesn't exactly roll trippingly off the tongue.

Yes, GoTo rolls off the tongue way the hell better than GetGo.

Maybe, like Xen, Citrix is spinning them off but retaining GoTo naming just to screw with us.

GetGo? That's a fuel station around here. What am I gonna do, fix a users computer remotely and fill up my tank at the same time?

Well, in the larger towns when you head towards Cleveland or Columbus, yes. Wooster and Millersburg aren't big enough to attract them yet.

                      My cousin works in Wooster.

It's my kind of town. Large enough to have everything you need, but small enough that you can drive by it in a couple minutes.
