Umm cost prohibitive (trans planting a whole team etc. is not happening). Now a MangoLassi Meet up could happen anyone can run one of those.

@Minion-Queen I'd prefer either late summer or fall. Me and summer don't mix well, I'd move to Alaska if I could find a good job and internet.

July? NO!!!! Upstate NY in the fall! If we're gonna have people from all over coming in at any point in the year, it should be when the colors are in full swing! Early October would be my preference!

Very true. But the conference is indoors and not outdoors. There are no "walking around town" activities until the conference outgrows the Holiday Inn.

For now the conference will only be in the Rochester area. But the is no reason people couldn't start local meetups!
