cold, leftover pizza and reheated Chinese for breakfast and second breakfast, respective. Probably finish the pizza at lunch...

Chicken wings and fried banana peppers last night... wish I could say I'm feeling 100% today.

We have an ice cream social today from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

My aunt served
- Fried mushrooms with dried tomatoes and dark balsamico dressing
- Turkey with red peppers and a herb sauce
- Corn and cherry tomato salad
- Turkish flatbread
Great meal

Ordered from a Chinese restaurant: Duck with peanut-coconut sauce and some Szechuan pork. Not great, but good.

We had sushi from a local habachi restaurant last night. Never been a big fan of sushi but it really hit the spot.

Best sushi I ever had was called a "whole eel roll". Inside was crabstick and avocado (not my fave, but good in this), and on top was literally a whole bbq'ed eel. So freaking good.

Spicy shrimp roll, spicy salmon roll, and sweet potato roll. Very good.

Last night I made a grilled halibut fish, with lemon zest, garden fresh veggies, flavored with cracked pepper and sea-salt with a side of salt potatoes.
All on a small bed of basmati rice.

We had veggie shepard's pie last night. Pea protein with a cauliflower top. DOesn't soundn good but it was excellent.
