It's showing up fine for me on multiple browsers. Might be a weird caching issue.

I'm seeing issues with it, too. But only on the main pages, not in the threads.

Here as well, cleared browsing data and still missing using chrome on windows 8.1.

My alter ego account is not able to see the badge with Firefox, either.

I see this problem with his avatar on my desktop as well as another computer I just remoted into to test. Current Chrome on both machines.

@DustinB3403 haven't changed my profile pic in a while. I don't see any profile images broken here on my pc. Is it just my pic showing as broken or someone else as well?
