Spent way too much money in the last few days - bloddy school holidays!!!!! make them work like we do, 8hrs a day and only 22 days holiday a year

My boss is over 30 this year I think.

While I do get 20 days a year... this is pretty uncommon in the US these days.

I've seen a lot of folks talking about vacation days per year during the last few months. 30 for me, that's pretty good. Some get more, but the majority gets less.
Why don't you just give it a name? There's something coming to mind when I hear people talking about 5-10 days off per year: Modern slavery. You could use foot iron shackles for the same effect.

yea i feel very fortunate after 4 years at my company to get 32 days paid off per year, but that also covers all holiday closures (we follow the bank's closure schedule). Ive worked many jobs where you don't get any

@wirestyle22 Don't the power cords near the top give you a slight twitch? Using cable ties rather than velcro would bother me if I didn't know that was in a dedicated AV truck, so velcro would work loose kinda quick.
