It looks fully featured but I'd default to Kali as I'm a conservative grumpy old man

At least the tutorials produced for ~~all~~ most of the Kali tools will work with both

Last time I played with Cyborg, the performance suffered as opposed to Kali on the same machine. I've heard it has improved in the year that I've tried it last, but haven't had a chance to try it lately.
