          That's a crappy policy. Having no voice for customer service is problematic.

            Not that unusual of a policy though. Stupid but not unheard of.

                      Yeah, that's really impressive both that they saw it here and that they took action on it.

                      Seems like many companies now realize the negative PR shitshow that can ensue on public forums. It's basically the only leverage we have against them at this point.

                            Absolutely. I was just saying I'm glad that when we expose poor service publicly, many companies will then deal with the issue (vs phone / chat support where they run you around in circles and don't fix the issue).
