      A mediaelement.js security vulnerability affects older #ownCloud versions, upgrade now!

      ownCloud 9 is safe, we did some security hardening which catches this one.

        I thought I read there were issues upgrading to 9?

          Have you responded to the issue that ownCloud 9 is having upgrade issues? I posted a few places to you about how PHP7 is "blocked" but the new PHP5 requirement package. I looked on Github and there was no obvious place to report something with packaging requirements.

            FTA, they backported the fixed to v8.2 as well.
