I got call from one person who is known to me and he is going to start a company for purely programming language. So he called through phone and said me to resign my present job, then classes will be started from Morning 8 to Evening 8 Daily.Package for the person is higher than now getting in the office. He also mention me that i am not responsible for the job but training will be provided for 45 Days.Whether it suitable to proceed further?
If the training of 45 days not success means i need to search for another job from the begining

For me it seems not good to proceed further?Any suggestions??

So a buddy offered you a job, but required you to attend 45 days of training from 8AM to 8PM, which if you fail at the training you're out of both jobs...

IDK does it seem like something you can actually do and want to do?

and can you afford to do it...as in, do you have family depending on your income etc?

Sounds like a ploy to grab up some cheap (free) labor to get his company off the ground.... and then fire everyone. Reeks of scam, and if it's not a scam, it certainly is suspect. You finally got a legit job, don't be so quick to jump ship at the promise of impossibly green pastures....

Yeah 45 days of training is a rather long training period, and I agree with @RojoLoco how trust worthy is this person. Does the job have any promise of work?

How do labor laws work where you are, do you have any protections if things go south?

All real training is paid training. Any training that isn't paid is a scam.

There is no promise to job but if the training goes well means the selection process will begin if not i need to search a new job after 45 days.

Then yeah, I agree with the others that it sounds like a bad scam, and sounds like you might get screwed over...

Yes, that is indeed a scam. Don't even consider doing that.

It's nothing but a sales tactic for a training class.
