Those warnings are silly in 8.2. Things like saying that I have no internet access
Edit: here is what my 8.2 panel shows on a fully updated CentOS7 install.
The 'no internet' error, just like many others, does come only when there IS a problem - so are the other warnings
I strongly suggest to take the security issues very serious, and no memory cache (performance) and PHP version (performance AND security) are also very useful warnings.
Isn't it better to know about these problems than not?

you probably miss some PHP plug which allows LDAP. "php7-ldap" it is called on my openSUSE system.

It's LTS version vs 9 month support.

Ubuntu 14.04 is a full three versions and two years old (14.10, 15.04 and 15.10 have replaced it and 16.04 is just a few weeks away.) PHP7 is very new, I doubt that Ubuntu 14.04 supports it.

There is no LTS support, that's a complete myth. I really need to write this up. There is no LTS concept from Ubuntu, only a name. If you want long term support, CentOS is the only option. LTS still requires that you move to each new version to be supported. It's just a name, marketing and nothing more.
