Sleet hitting the windows right now is louder then my box fan... This is crazy hoping we don't lose power.

Internet explorer on WP 8.1 sucks. Editing text here on ML is nearly impossible.
I realm wish a better browser was available. According to my investigation, the "top rated" "alternative" browsers are just re skinned IE. 😞

What are you doing, running a search exclusively through bing?

Exactly, what are you doing... While I personally have no problem with IE, I do prefer Firefox and have been using it in Win8 and Win8.1 since day one. And now I use it on Win10 with no problems ( Windows 10 that is).

I think edge will be nice, bit still needs some work.

          WP... Windows Phone...
I have 4 or 5 browsers on my actual Windows PC's.

Doh, missed that it was windows phone.

I'm on a 650XL and have very few problems with ML.

It's true it's a pain to edit pre typed text.

Finally took the plunge on the Toshiba 55" at Best Buy. They had it on sale again. $349.

I wish I knew about the Apple Py promotion that's been going on since September. Dang.

It's cold here but not too bad. Just got back to the condo after a day of running last minute errands and seeing the in laws.

We are in the count down now. We head to the airport in 45 hours.

A 20 minute drive this morning took me all of 45 minutes. There was probably 1-2 inches of slush on the roads. I even have a 4 wheel drive car with snow tires... Hopefully it will melt off before going home tonight.

Ouch, we are in the low to mid 30s but I'm hoping the snow plows will get through and clean some of it up.

Meanwhile, in Ohio, we're in the 50's today. I have to admit it's a nice change from last years -30 (for a HIGH!)

Funniest thing I saw this summer was someone complaining that the ice cap at the north pole is smaller than normal. Give you one guess where the arctic air spent last winter instead of at the pole.

Well we got ice/sleet last night and the roads were bad. This morning it is 40 and raining. Hopefully what snow we got will be gone by mid day.

Should be listening to Motorhead this morning. Did you hear of Lemmy's passing yesterday?
