How do I stop receiving these daily emails? I can't seem to find option in settings.

Sadly there isn't. It was added into the platform by the developers at NodeBB but they didn't include configuration. It just turns on. The only way to turn it off is to disable email capabilities completely which means.... no password resets. It's definitely not a good design and we are pushing for them to get configuration options in as soon as possible.
