Outages are also reported in Huntsville, AL, and Lexington and Louisville, KY. In Nashville, the Metro Nashville Police Department and the Nashville Fire Department are without internet service.

Unlimited users, unlimited size, total flexibility, all data kept private. GitHub is never free, BitBucket is almost never free or is so without being private (we tried it with two users and it turned out to not be an option.)

I really wish that I could easily be on Linux 100% instead of Mac OSX, but I'll never learn Mac OSX well if I don't stick to it 😞 I do have VirtualBox 5 running the latest Linux Mint 17.2 on it and that runs pretty well. But type 2 VMs are just never snappy like a native desktop is 😞

Define "have to"? Is there a law on the books that says they have to? Yes. Do judges regularly uphold that? No.

The US has rather a claim to fame for arrests and incarceration without charges, even of minors. NYC has had several deaths around this recently and it is causing quite a stir, kids held for a year without a charge in brutal solitary and adult confinement. The entire detention center in Cuba's purpose is to have no charges with incarceration. It's not just something done in the US. It's something we have a system for doing and are passionate about protecting.
