Actually expecting them to get their billing in order. What a joke! I'd send them invoices for all the time spent sorting out their fake billing scheme as an attempt to charge you more.

Each house had the 15x2 connection. Not shared.

I was talking to a friend who is an attorney and he said to keep track of all the hours we've been working on this and we should be able to get 3x our hourly rate for the time we've been spending on this. We're at about 10k in billing rate.

I treat Windows Defender like iOS mail on iPhone. It's there.. and it works... but I'll be using MS Outlook instead of native mail app. Nothing wrong with it, but it doesn't have a lot of features other competitor offers (as you have mentioned). Still, I have no intention to disable it.
