The opposite happened to me.

I texted my boss and put LOL in it.. she later questioned be me about it. I told her it meant Laughing... she then told me her and her daughter used it to mean lots of love.

it's clearly used by different groups for different meanings.

My kids thought that that was very funny.

For bands in our local area: we find sound guys at shows. They come up and talk to us and hand us their cards. Go out and meet the local musicians in their element. Post your cards/flyers at the local venues.

Yes you are. But they are allowed to not retain you too. "Allowed" is a fuzzy term here. You are allowed to speak about them publicly, they are allowed to let you go. It's a two way street. Better than nothing is a silly statement. If the cost to install is so hi that it never creates a positive return it is a waste of money. There is a reason that cold fusion is not in use. It is not that we cannot do it. It is that it is too expensive to do it.

At that point you are better served to just get normal windows and save that extra money for some other more cost efficient means of capturing solar power.

I dearly do hope that this technology becomes feasible though, the potential is huge.
