      @quixoticjeremy I saw nothing in the article that mention him getting any payment. Plus the fact that it is "historical" means the gov't can sweep in and lay claim to your property.

        @mlnews The clause to penalize states that dont legalize makes this bill DOA, which is unfortunate. removing Schedule 1 status would be huge.

                  Yes, nothing should be unique to marijuana. If other laws don't cover it, something is seriously wrong.
