I'm not a big fan of the bill that is being proposed though. It seems like there is too much room for abuse with that system.

That is true but the system they had in place for labor never considered this as an eventuality? Seems kind of crazy to me

Either way... why do we care if you didn't negotiate your contract correctly? That's the ISPs problem not the public's that they are trying to screw over.
