@Lakshmana I post that because we have repeated told you the configs to use, what to do, what not to do, and you keep doing the exact opposite. At this point the excuse you misunderstood can't apply. We've explained it up one way and down the other. Either you're just not getting this, which means IT might not be the career for you, or you're just ignoring us.

Couldn't the same be said of you? http://mangolassi.it/topic/4331/cloudatcost-opendns-issue/105?page=6 There a multiple threads where using illegal material has come up.

He's new to IT, He's still learning and has a language barrier. Give him a chance and get off your high horse.

I am not saying I'm not going to continue to try to help. Scott gave him a config though. Copy and paste is pretty simple concept. Also, I am still new to IT. I know this. But I read all the responses to questions I ask and take everything under consideration. I may weigh it myself but I at least weigh it. In a lot of these threads it's just felt like we've been ignored. It honestly feels like we tell him how to fix it and then whoever is there in person tells him something else and he totally disregards what we said.

Digs at AJ not withstanding, there's a reason why I don't respond to this guy's posts. He's pulling a Slade on us.

He posts things, people respond, and then everything is "fixed". He's asking basic Google-Fu type questions. We don't need a Slade here.

We appreciate the questions being asked, it is not taking the advice that is the issue. It appears that you often argue or don't follow the advice given and then run into expected problems that we were trying to keep you from. Sometimes it is a language barrier, we are not sure what you are attempting to do or why.

In this particular case, it would have been good to state that you had already followed the advice from the other thread and were now testing some new things. In theory you should not have to state this, but so often we have to tie threads together to figure out what is going on. Questions are not really "stateless" but we build in context around your goals or whatever. So giving us that context helps a lot.

Avoiding asking technical questions without the full goal of the activity being shared is a key problem in how many people ask questions. Answers are rarely purely technical and with some additional information can be much more useful.

Agreed. It's not you asking questions at any level that bothers us. You often leave out complete blocks of context. You ask how to do something, we provide as best answer as we can, ask for more info, you don't provide the info we need, and then post how you're having some other issue and now we're all even more lost and frustrated.
