Samsung’s 512GB microSD is a huge storage upgrade that’s cheaper than ever

Add a half-terabyte of storage to your Nintendo Switch for $99
Samsung’s Evo Select 512GB microSD card is currently $99.99 at Amazon, which is its lowest price yet. If you own a Nintendo Switch

That would be awesome for my camera.

Apple buys companies at the same rate you buy groceries

        Chomp chomp chomp
Apple doesn’t always tell the world when it buys another company — but in reality, it’s quietly snapping up startups all the time.

That's common with giant companies. That's why the start up world is so large, someone has to be buying a lot of them or no one would do it.

Hey Apple, if you're listening I'm starting a new business where I drink all day on a beach.

If you want to give me a few million for my business idea I can let you in on the "What I drink" and the "beach that I'm on".

Now it'd be nice if you can boot to just a terminal shell without all the crap running.

Very true. And between "one part fashion brand" and "wireless latency", these are a no-go at any price.

How easy is it to fake MS's facial recognition?

We already know how easy it is to fake out most fingerprint readers - (like $300 or less).

That's not the same at all. With the fakes, you're creating a fake from something of the original. As for the password - you either know it or don't. So you're either providing the real password (stolen) or guessing... not the same.
