@WrCombs That is my absolute favorite. I have been trying to perfect making them at home for a while. Trying to replicate what I get at a nearby restaurant. Still working on it.

It's broken down by state. And they have like 60+ other taps too. And the food is insanely good... Best ahi tuna burger in the county.

Everyone, it's a major cultural thing here. They have big digital signage that ties to Untappd and you check in to your beer and your picture ends up on the big screen and you get points and stuff. It's a big game in the new micro beer hipster community. Rachel is huge on that, one of the top scorer. She's had thousands of beers and knows the guys that created the app at this point.

The digital signage here all shows how full the kegs are and stuff, too.

I drink almost zero beer and even I understand this.
Adding things like Untapped gamify having tons of different beers on top at a beer establishment.
Old Chicago Pizza has been doing their world beer tours for ages. This is anything but a new trend, it's just been picked up by the hipsters and become a borderline if not full on part of the everyday - kinda like entertainment conventions (DragonCon, Wizard World, San Diego Comic Con, NY Comic Con, Denver Comic Expo, etc, etc). -
As an individual are you really going to read through dozens of pages of beers on tap to find something?
I mean I get wanting a wide selection of options, but this just seems annoying.

As a non beer guy - Hell no I'm not, but beer people - yep.. but even better, they don't go through it... they simply pick the next one on the list, then they mark how they liked it in Untapped.. then in the future they can sort by what they liked and have Untapped help them find something specific they liked in the past.
This is my problem with wine - I know nothing about wine, not even sure what I do and don't like - but using an app, and just trying something new more frequently than not builds information in your tracking app.
